NOTES:

A NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee of P10,000 per event is required immediately after signing of the contract form. This reservation fee will be deducted from the total balance that will be reflected in the Statement of Account (SOA) that will be issued to your company.
(NOTE: This reservation fee will be forfeited if you will cancel your participation or will be transferred to the next event date). - Any cancellation 1 month before the show is entitled for a 1oo% payment of the space cost.
- Preferred space location will be plotted in the floor plan upon receipt of 10,000 reservation fee.
- F or February 24-25, 2024 bookings: Deadline of Full payment Dec. 1, 2023.
- For July 20-21 bookings: Deadline of Full payment May 21, 2024.
- For October 26-27, 2024 bookings: Deadline of Full payment Aug. 23, 2024.
- All rates are inclusive of 12% VAT.
- Failure to settle the payment within the said deadline, will incur a penalty charge of 5% per month.
- Sponsorship details can be sent upon request.
