Prime XL (Pink): 2x6m= 12sqm

Corner (Yellow): 2x3m= 6sqm

Regular (Blue): 2x3m= 6sqm

💝 If the space you prefer isn't in any of the choices and or marked as "sold out", this means the space is already taken. Please choose another space. 

NOTES: 

• A NON-REFUNDABLE FULL-PAYMENT per event is required immediately after signing of the contract form. Payment will be reflected in the Statement of Account (SOA) that will be issued to your company.
  (NOTE:  This reservation fee will be forfeited if you cancel your participation and it is NON-Transferrable to the next event date.)
• Any cancellation 1 month before the show is entitled for a 100% payment of the space cost.
• Preferred space location will be plotted in the floor plan upon receipt of your payment.
• All rates are inclusive of 12% VAT.
• Failure to settle the payment within the said deadline, will incur a penalty charge of 5% per month.
• Sponsorship details can be sent upon request.
• PAYMENT DETAILS:

• This document constitutes a binding contract upon submission of exhibitors to the organizer.
• Ingress will not be permitted for exhibitors with balances
